Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
We are seeking compassionate and driven QMHPs to support adults with severe psychiatric conditions and children or youth facing emotional and behavioral challenges. This role combines
skills training, case management, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized recovery plans and foster lasting independence.
Key Role Highlights:
Deliver mental health support through home, school, and community-based services
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing case management
Maintain strong communication with families and team members
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in human services (or related field) with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Reliable transportation and flexibility for client-focused scheduling

Behavioral Health Administrative Coordinator
For this role, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Administrative Coordinator to support its statewide behavioral health programs. This vital role ensures seamless operations through credentialing, claims processing, billing support, quality assurance, and client service coordination.
Role Highlights:
Manage credentialing and insurance processes for staff and locations
Support billing, claims resolution, and quality assurance audits
Facilitate client service coordination, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification
Provide administrative assistance to clinical staff and franchisees
May serve as primary timekeeper. Review timesheets for errors. Enters payroll in the database accurately and timely. Tracks leave and unscheduled absences for staff on a spreadsheet and reports to Clinic owner/operator regularly
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred
Experience with credentialing, Medicaid billing, and electronic health records
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent communication abilities
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting mental health services. The person in this role will work closely with us as founders, owners of Elevation Guild and owner/operators of multiple Texas Care clinics.
Clinic Administrative Assistant
Texas Care is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our clinic office. This full-time role, Monday through Friday, ensures smooth office operations and provides essential support to the Behavioral Health Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones, route calls, and provide accurate, helpful information to clients and visitors
Greet walk-ins warmly and address their needs professionally
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and health record confidentiality in all tasks
Organize and manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
Assists with insurance verification and billing process
Assist the Behavioral Health Administrative Coordinator with clerical and operational duties
What We're Looking For:
Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and health record management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and detail
Proficiency with office software and multitasking in a dynamic environment
